Our standard MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model.
How is the mold fee charged for customized profiles?
In case we need to open a new mold for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refunded to customers once the order quantity reaches a certain specified amount.
What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?
Actual weight is the weight including the packaging materials. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the technical drawing, determined by multiplying the weight of each meter by the overall length of the profile.
