Q What is the shipping method and delivery time?

Our products can be shipped by sea, air, or express. By sea takes approximately 20-40 days; by air takes 7-15 days; and by express takes 5-12 days.

Q If I am interested in the products, how can I make a purchase?

Please send us your order details. We will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your confirmation. We will need your delivery specifications, shipping method, and order quantity.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T and Cash, with a 30% deposit required before production starts, and the balance settled before final shipping.

Q How long is the warranty and how are repairs handled?

We offer a 2-year warranty. If any components malfunction, please share pictures or video for checking. We will guide repairs online or send replacement spare parts via express.
